As a Department Manager – Mechatronics Systems Development, you build the technological backbone and culture that drives our most complex mechatronics systems forward.

In this role you’ll support and inspire your teams and shape Sioux’s impact in industries like semiconductors, medical devices and high-precision systems. Your department works for renowned international customers, bringing high-tech solutions to life, with for examples modules of a complex lithography machine, a compact electron microscope, a robotized dissection apparatus for pathology, or a smart transport system for logistics.

Your future workplace

What do you bring to the table?

  • A MSc degree or PhD in Mechatronics Engineering .
  • You have significant experience in complex, multi-disciplinary high-tech systems development and mechatronics engineering, with at least 10 years in a leadership role, preferably in the high-tech domain.
  • Outstanding communication skills enabling effective stakeholder management, both internally and with suppliers and customers.
  • Proven ability to inspire, influence and adeptly manage teams, guiding group leads, engineers, designers and architects.
