Unsere Position
At Sioux Technologies, you design smart software solutions for the high-tech machine and equipment industry. You will develop software for products in sectors such as Medical, Semicon, Automotive, and Smart Farming.
You’ll work closely with software engineers specialized in both low-level embedded software and application layer development. Not fragmented disciplines, but a strong, technically driven team.
Your activities:
- Setting up technical software designs.
- Implementing designs in C or C++ on embedded platforms like Linux or RTOS.
- Testing and validating software against specifications.
- Integrating various hardware and software modules into a seamless system.
- Writing clear and structured technical documentation.
You will work either at our Apeldoorn location or directly at client sites, depending on the project.

Develop software for smart, safe stairlifts that improve lives worldwide. Real-time motion control, embedded safety, and user interface development come together in these innovative high-tech solutions.
Other example projects:

Alstom: Embedded solutions for sustainable rail and metro systems.

Your future workplace
Deine Erfahrung
- A completed technical Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in (embedded) software development.
- Strong proficiency in C and C++, with experience on embedded Linux and/or RTOS platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, MDD/TDD, OOAD, and UML is a plus.
- A curious, proactive mindset with a drive to collaborate and innovate.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
