As an experienced Product Owner / Tech Lead Software, you lead and develop software for high-tech products and machines.

In this role, you are the driving force supporting our customers in the semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industries, both within the Randstad and beyond, with smart, sustainable, and reliable software solutions. Your software expertise plays a vital role in bringing these high-tech solutions to life.

What excites you as a Product Owner / Tech Lead Software?

From our office in Delft and at our clients' premises you work on challenging projects that take technology to the next level. You are the expert who designs, develops, and tests, but also likes to think along, connect, and contribute to team results, in addition you are:

  • Leading the team in developing end-to-end software features
  • Acting as the technical point of contact for developers, testers, and stakeholders
  • Translating product needs into actionable software requirements
  • Creating high-level module and component designs
  • Coordinating schedules in collaboration with the release manager
  • Performing hands-on testing in the cleanroom and guiding analysis
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and driving follow-up actions

Your future workplace

This is what you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Proven experience in a team lead or Product Owner role within a software team
  • Knowledge and experience with both C# and Python in complex technical environments
  • Experience with requirements engineering and software architecture
  • Coaching skills: you help colleagues grow in their roles
  • Strong communication skills with both engineers and stakeholders
  • Comfortable collaborating with production teams, including international (e.g. remote teams in Asia)
  • You are available at least 4 days per week on-site in Delft or at the client’s location in the immediate area.
