When you start working as a Business Development Manager High Voltage, you will represent our services in all markets and coordinate communication with our customers throughout Sioux. You know how to bring Sioux's services to the attention of new customers with full conviction and you do everything you can to answer their questions through our services. In this challenging position, you will have the opportunity to build and strengthen customer relationships and place Sioux even better on the map. You play an important role in realizing our ambition: to provide the best solutions as an innovation partner for our customers in the international high-tech industry.
Your daily activities include:
As Business Development Manager your role will be to offer our USP’s on High Voltage R&D partnership successfully to customers that will gain a competitive advantage by engaging with Sioux Technologies. You will actively sell our proposition on “High Voltage Modules” for both development and assembly services. The acquired customers have the potential to become long-term customers of significant value. Your network forms an excellent basis for your “long list”. Many relations in your network will want to work with you and Sioux Technologies as they understand the value of long-term relationships.
You are the most important point of contact for the customer and know how to use the competences and assets of Sioux to come up with a suitable solution every time. Once you have earned the trust of your new customer, you take pride in treating your relations in the right manner, thereby managing agreements and expectations during delivery.
Sioux is looking for a Business Development Manager with excellent communication skills to successfully sell our services. Because you are the customer's first point of contact, you can connect easily and build strong relationships. You can turn a question into a service with your commercial mindset and you are not afraid of challenges.
In addition, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
• Very good connector both internally and externally.
• Capable of engaging with potential customers at multiple levels (C-level to technical).
• Persistent and capable of guiding sales processes from the outside in
• You have a strong personality: don't shy away from a spicy conversation.
• You have 10 years+ work experience in a similar position.
• You have a fascination for high-voltage systems and manufacturable modules.
• You have an academic working and thinking level and preferably a degree in a technical discipline, such as electrical engineering, embedded software, mechanical engineering, or physics.
• You enjoy traveling
