What makes you enthusiastic as our Customer Stream Manager
Do you have experience in optimizing the value stream within the customer stream and managing the customer Stream team. You are responsible for the revenue and costs required for the realization of the order flow. You will ensure and improve the execution of the entire operational activity (QLTC-wide), using the tools of World Class Manufacturing. You are very experienced with product creation processes and bringing high-tech products or systems into production.
- You set up, monitor and realize production planning and quality to meet the needs of customers suffice.
- Follow-up of the quotations and the actions agreed upon between Client and Account Manager.
- To ensure and monitor that progress, quality and standards in processes and working methods within the Customer Stream are applied.
- Implementing a continuous improvement policy (World Class Manufacturing) regarding the overall CS performance and quality.
- Continuously improving the logistical management of the production operations.
- Reducing customer complaints.
Your future workplace
This is what we are looking for in you
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
- Several years of experience as a Business line Manager or Supply Chain & Procurement Manager in the high-tech industry.
- Experience with product creation processes and bringing high-tech products or systems into production.
- A "People manager", who can inspire his/her team.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Solid personality with good communication skills.
