Our Position
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you work in high- tech machine and equipment construction. The projects focus on different domains such as medical, semiconductor, automotive or agriculture. You work together with software colleagues, and you are part of a multidisciplinary team. Passion for technology and fun are paramount. The projects are carried out at our Sioux Development Center in Mijdrecht, Delft or Apeldoorn or at the client's location.
Your daily activities consist of:
- Setting up a technical design.
- Its implementation in C or C++.
- Testing based on the specifications and the technical design.
- The various hardware and software modules.
- Writing the associated documents.

Your future workplace
Your Experience
- You have a technical background at HBO or academic level.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in (technical) software development.
- You are familiar with the embedded Linux or Windows platform and at least the programming languages C and C++.
- You would like to expand your knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Android/iOS, Java/C# is a plus.
- You have knowledge of or experience with various development methods and techniques (e.g. Agile, MDD/TDD, real-time, OOAD, UML) and you keep your professional knowledge up to date.
- You have knowledge and experience with hardware platforms.
