As a Financial Controller you bring your financial expertise to the heart of technological innovation.

In this role you are responsible for financial reporting for one or more business units within Sioux. You work closely with management and support the planning & control cycle, budgeting, financial analyses, and reports. You translate numbers into insights and ensure that our high-tech ambitions are financially sound and strategically supported.
You will be part of a relatively young and enthusiastic Finance team of about 15 financial professionals, where collaboration, enjoyment, and growth are central. In this role, you report to the Manager Financial Control.

What excites you as a Financial Controller?

  • Support in year-end losing, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prepare reports, balance sheets and financial analyses.
  • Review sub-ledgers (accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory) and the general ledger.
  • Improve administrative and business processes.
  • Prepare various tax returns.

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Accuracy and a sense of quality and detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • You can plan, prioritize and remain calm under pressure.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (both mandatory).
