We take good care of the inner person and for that we need you as a Hospitality Employee within the Sioux Event Center ('Sioux Labs' – Meet, Eat and have Fun).
Our Function
- Welcome, inform and unburden the Sioux employees and guests.
- All common activities within Sioux Labs that are related to the activities such as catering, events, meetings and training.
- Serving snacks and drinks.
- Providing support to Sioux Labs with various tasks in the kitchen, at lunch and in the dishes.
- Keeping Sioux Labs tidy and hygienic.
- Setting up, dismantling and facilitating events.
- Optional: administrative tasks, making weekly schedules and communicating to employees.
Your future workplace
This is what we are looking for in you
- At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in the hospitality industry.
- Diploma as a hospitality entrepreneur or host/hostess is an advantage.
- Emergency response certificate
- You work in a structured way and maintain an overview.
- You are socially skilled and have a positive attitude.
- You can handle crowds and stress well.
- Proactive; You take initiative and work well with colleagues.
- Flexible; Also working in the evenings (1 or 2x a week) and in the weekends (very sporadically, maximum 2x a year).
- You are representative and well-groomed.
- You have a good command of the English language. Speaking Dutch is an advantage.
