What Excites You as a Mechatronic System Designer within Product Lifecycle Services (PLS)
Your Responsibilities
Product Improvements: Implementing new features and enhancements, such as additional functionalities, improved user interfaces, and performance optimizations (e.g., increased speed, reduced latency, and better efficiency).
Problem Solving & Maintenance: Identifying and resolving bugs and defects to ensure product functionality and reliability.
Redesign & Cost Reduction: (Re)designing obsolete or End-of-Life components and finding smart design solutions to reduce material and production costs.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that products meet the latest industry standards and regulations by implementing necessary adjustments.
Planning & Documentation: Accurately estimating required time and resources and clearly documenting technical changes, analyses, and justifications.

What You Bring to the table
A completed technical degree (BSc/ MSc) in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Dynamics & Control.
Proven experience with design changes and product optimization.
Knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, service requirements, and lifecycle management.
Experience with change request processes and impact analyses.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with NX, E-lab, PCP, and the V-model is a plus.
