As an experienced New Business Development Manager, you drive the acquisition and growth of strategic international high-tech customers for our Business Line Systems.

In this role, you shape and execute our corporate sales strategy, securing advanced, innovative technology projects for renowned international customers in the analytical, semiconductor and medical industries.

Your future workplace

This is what you bring to the table

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • You have at least 10 years’ experience in an international sales role where you sell (engineering) services.
  • You hold a completed MSc degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering (or higher).
  • You have affinity with machine control systems, data analytics, metrology, machine learning, image analysis, or optimization.
  • You are a strategic salesperson, accustomed to working with strategic account planning to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • You feel comfortable working with and expanding your network at C and D level, across diverse cultures.
  • You speak the language of systems thinkers and enjoy collaborating with top-level engineers.
  • You are willing and flexible to travel abroad frequently.
  • You are fluent in English and preferably in Dutch.
