As an experienced Python Developer, you develop and test software for high-tech products and machines.
In this role, you support our customers in the semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industries, within the Randstad area and beyond, with smart, sustainable, and reliable software solutions. Your software expertise plays a crucial role in bringing these high-tech solutions to life.What excites you as a Python Developer?
From our office in Delft and at our clients' premises you like to keep yourself busy with:
- Developing reliable Python software for high-throughput machines
- Designing, testing, and maintaining modules for scanning probe systems
- Building automated data acquisition, analysis, and test systems
- Integrating software with hardware in close collaboration with other disciplines
- Contributing to intuitive user interfaces for chip manufacturers
- Optimizing performance via multithreading, profiling, and robust architecture
- Working on innovative solutions within an agile development environment

Your future workplace
This is what you bring to the table
- Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field such as Software Engineering or Physics
- Excellent Python skills (OOP, testing, multithreading, performance tuning)
- Experience with scientific software, instrument control, and data processing
- Familiar with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, SciPy, and visualization tools
- Affinity with embedded systems and real-time hardware-software interaction
- Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills and a team player in a multicultural context
