- Your knowledge of our prospects and customers as well as the market enables you to develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances. Driven by curiosity to develop your customers, Sioux, and yourself, you actively maintain your own knowledge of technology and market developments, while also enjoying collaborating with top-level mathematicians, physicists and engineers.
- With your pro-active hands-on approach and high energy level you like to take responsibility, deliver high quality, and "last but not least" enjoy the work and the results you achieve. With your proven commercial track record, you open new doors and realize winning proposals at new national and international customers.

- You have at least 10 years’ experience in a technical sales role where you sell (engineering) services.
- A completed Bachelor degree (or higher) in Software, Applied Mathematics, Physics or any other relevant technical study.
- You are a relationship builder and can speak well as a systems thinker about the content of our work.
- You are a sparring partner for R&D directors, with the ability to translate complex technical aspects into business opportunities.
- You know our market and the companies therein and are driven to strengthen the position of Sioux by creating win-wins within your business network.
- Your sales skills to find, meet and win new customers for Sioux fit perfectly with our growth ambitions. You show active interest in our strategy. Based on our propositions and competences you will independently find your way to 'new business'.
- Ability to inspire and coach other members of our sales team.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel abroad.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
