As a Software Engineer, you will join our growing team and help build a next-generation medical imaging application that supports clinicians during interventional procedures.
This role is for a Software Engineer focused on C++ development within a large-scale strategic program of more than 100 professionals. You'll work day-to-day with modern C++, CMake, Conan2 and GitHub Enterprise, supported by AI-assisted engineering practices.What excites you as a Senior Software Engineer?

- Develop a next-generation medical imaging application in modern C++ that helps clinicians identify, visualize and measure vascular structures.
- Work productively with Visual Studio 2022/2026 or VS Code, modern CMake and Conan2 package management.
- Use GitHub Enterprise for version control and take part in an intensive triple-review process that safeguards code quality.
- Apply AI-supported engineering practices, in your daily development work.
- Contribute to a modern software architecture on a greenfield platform that consolidates existing legacy applications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, technical Product Owners and the customer's specialists in an agile setup with stand-ups, refinements, sprint demos and retrospectives.

Your future workplace
This is what you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 5–8 years of experience in software development.
- Solid programming skills in modern C++ (C++17 or newer) and hands-on experience with modern CMake, Conan2 and Visual Studio 2022/2026 or VS Code.
- Experience with modern software architecture and greenfield development.
- Solid experience with Git/GitHub Enterprise; exposure to GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development.
- Affinity with medical devices or healthcare; experience in regulated environments or UI development is a plus.
- A strong software engineering and code quality mindset, with experience in intensive peer reviews.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, and an affinity for high-tech applications.
