Our position
Manage customers’ and Sioux stakeholders and coordinate across multiple departments.
Provide a technical roadmap and planning for the related teams with a 1,5 yearly window of work aligned with customer group leaders and other stakeholders.
Attract, build and motivate teams.
Manage employee satisfaction in a way that team members are willing to stay longer. Make sure every team has the right competences and knowledge to perform in an optimal way now and in the near future.
Align with customer stakeholders on the required team size and corresponding budget.
Create quotations within budget constraints, in a timely way to ensure seamless continuation of the services.
Supervise that Sioux delivers what is promised on quality, staffing, effort and lead time and take corrective actions if required.
Responsible for reporting to relevant stakeholders.

You have a bachelor's or master’s degree in software engineering or similar.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in (embedded) software development, of which you worked at least 2 years in a Scrum Master role and 3 years in a Project Manager role.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels within an organization. You deliver.
You can develop an understand of what the team is doing, without diving into technical details. You are energized by developing people.
You are self-reliant, and a solid partner for our clients.
You are a strong personality with excellent organizational skills.
You are keen on growing personally, and you have the ability to self-reflect and love making high-tech solutions.
