As a software engineer, you develop and maintain state-of the art application software for challenging high-tech projects.
In this role, you support our European customers with user-friendly, high-quality, and cost-efficient application software for the semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industry. Your software expertise plays a vital role in bringing high-tech solutions to life, like operating equipment, image and data analysis, process management and providing insight into information.What excites you as a Software Engineer?

- Develop, maintain, and evolve software applications in C++, working extensively within an existing legacy codebase.
- Work productively in a Windows environment using Visual Studio and CMake-based builds.
- Use Git for version control, following the team's branching and review practices.
- Integrate and monitor software builds and tests in CI/CD pipelines.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for software projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure correct implementation.

This is what you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of software development experience in C++.
- Comfort and genuine interest in working within legacy code.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Visual Studio, and CMake.
- Solid experience with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of software principles and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
