As a Business Manager, you develop new high-tech customers, customers who you support with a team of highly motivated and skilled software talents.

At Sioux Belgium, technology goes beyond code. As a Business Manager, you’re the bridge between ambitious engineers and innovative clients. You’ll grow a dedicated team of software specialists and build strong, long-term partnerships.

You work in a hybrid setup, with at least one day per week at our headquarters in Herentals, and you like to keep yourself busy with:

  • Recruitment & team building: Together with our recruitment team, you’ll attract and onboard top software talent that fits our values and culture.
  • Business development: You’ll open doors to new clients and turn technological challenges into long-term collaborations.
  • People management: You’ll act as a mentor and coach to your team, guiding their growth, supporting their ambitions, and building a culture of loyalty and trust.

Your future workplace

  • A master’s degree, preferably in (industrial or civil) engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment and people management.
  • Proven success in business development, ideally in R&D or high-tech environments.
  • A coaching mindset and the ability to grow and retain talent.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Affinity with software, innovation, and cutting-edge tech.
  • A hands-on, flexible and goal-oriented attitude – with a ‘can-do’ mentality.
