As a Test Engineer with developer skills, you are passionate about technology and have a keen eye for detail. You enjoy delivering high-quality software together with your team by conducting thorough tests and developing automated testing solutions. You have experience with Linux OS and Python, and you are always looking for that one edge case where a bug might hide. You thrive in an agile environment and are driven to continuously learn and improve.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting tests to ensure high-quality software, including identifying edge cases where bugs may occur.
- Developing and maintaining (semi-)automated test tools to improve the efficiency and coverage of our tests.
- Working in a Linux environment using Python to implement test automation.
- Collaborating with developers and other team members to gain a deep understanding of the software and develop effective testing strategies.
- Contributing to the agile development cycle by actively participating in scrum sessions and retrospectives.
- Documenting test results and communicating findings with the team in a clear and concise manner.
- Working independently and taking initiative to enhance the quality of the final product.

You recognize yourself in the following profile:- You have completed a technical education at HBO or university level.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Test Engineer in a software development environment.
- Experience with Linux OS and preferably knowledge of Python.
- Good communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- You have a critical and analytical mindset with a strong focus on quality.
- Experience in an agile/scrum development environment.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
