As a Financial Administrator, you bring your financial expertise to the heart of technological innovation.
In recent years, we have experienced significant growth, both nationally and internationally. We have built a strong financial organization, both in terms of personnel and systems. As a result of this growth, we are looking for a Financial Administrator in our Finance department.What excites you as a Financial Administrator?
You contribute to optimizing the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and are responsible for checking and processing purchase and sales invoices and assisting with ad-hoc issues.
You will be part of a relatively young and enthusiastic finance team of around 10 financial professionals. In this role, you report to the Controller.
From our head office in Eindhoven and partly from home, you will mainly be responsible for the following tasks:
- Verifying and processing purchase and sales invoices
- Providing the weekly payment proposals
- Keeping the accounts payable database up to date
- Maintaining contact with creditors and colleagues
- Contributing ideas to the optimization of the accounts payable process
- Performing support tasks during month-end closings and audits
- Processing periodic billing to clients

This is what you bring to the table
We are looking for a new colleague with a proactive attitude who quickly understands new systems and processes and can work well in a team. Additionally, you are capable of working independently and accurately.- You have completed a secondary vocational education (MBO 4 or equivalent) with a financial background.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience with Medius is a plus.
- You have basic knowledge of MS Office, such as Excel.
- You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- You have the ambition to help automate and improve processes to make them more efficient.
