You build trusted, long-term partnerships with leading companies in the Medical, Semiconductor, and Diagnostics industries. You understand where the market is heading – and bring our multidisciplinary teams in software, electronics, and mechatronics right to the heart of your clients’ innovations.

Your key responsibilities

  • Define and execute Sioux’s strategic sales roadmap for the DACH region
  • Act as the primary business partner for key accounts in medical, semicon, and analytical markets
  • Lead complex consultative sales trajectories from initial scoping to contract
  • Guide customers through technical and commercial decision-making
  • Build and mentor a future sales team in the region as we grow
  • Create multidisciplinary proposals together with our engineers and domain experts
  • Monitor market trends, identify new growth areas, and translate this into actionable business

This is what you bring to the table

  • You hold a technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics)
  • You have 8+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales within the high-tech sector
  • You bring a strong network in MedTech, Diagnostics, or Semicon
  • You’re familiar with software & electronics development processes
  • You are fluent in German and English, and a natural communicator
  • You enjoy bridging business needs with complex technical solutions – and you do it with energy
