As a Software Delivery Manager, you will oversee the operational execution of high-tech (complex) software solutions across multiple Scrum teams.

You will join a collaborative team of 15 Delivery/Project Managers, working together to ensure the successful, cost-efficient delivery of software solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational execution of multiple Scrum teams, working closely with Account Managers and client stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction. In this role, you will support customers through effective delivery practices while providing a clear technical roadmap and 1.5-year planning horizon aligned with customer group leaders and key stakeholders.

  • Managing customers’ and Sioux stakeholders and coordinating across multiple departments.
  • Providing and maintaining a technical roadmap and planning for the related teams with a 1,5 yearly window of work aligned with customer group leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Attracting, building and motivating teams.
  • Managing employee satisfaction in a way that team members are willing to stay longer. You make sure every team has the right competences and knowledge to perform in an optimal way now and in the near future.
  • Aligning with customer stakeholders on the required team sizes and corresponding budgets.
  • Creating quotations within budget constraints, in a timely way to ensure seamless continuation of the services; and creating reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Supervising that Sioux delivers what is promised on quality, staffing, effort and lead time and take corrective actions if required.

What do you bring to the table?

  • You have a bachelor's or master’s degree in software engineering or similar.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in (embedded) software development, of which you worked at least 4 years in a Scrum Master role or 4 years in a Project Manager role.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels within an organization. You deliver.
  • You can develop an understand of what the team is doing, without diving into technical details. You are energized by developing people.
