As an experienced Team Leader Production, you guide a team of (NPI) technicians in assembling complex high-tech systems.

In this role, you serve as the connector between people, processes, and customer value. You ensure that your team performs at the highest level in assembling systems for, among others, the semiconductor, medical, and analytical industries. You combine coaching leadership with operational responsibility and directly contribute to technological advancement for our international customers.

From our assembly facility in Eindhoven you like to keep yourself busy with:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 6–15 technicians within the assembly department.
  • Monitoring product quality, delivery times, and costs, ensuring that assemblies meet technical specifications.
  • Optimizing work processes and throughput times without compromising quality.
  • Actively identifying bottlenecks and initiating improvement actions.
  • Translating customers’ needs into concrete actions on the shop floor.
  • Supporting the introduction of new products (NPI).
  • Creating a safe, open, and engaged work environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Your future workplace

This is what you bring to the table

  • A secondary vocational education degree (MBO+) and at least 5 years of experience in a production or assembly environment, preferably within the high-tech sector.
  • You have proven leadership experience in managing teams.
  • You are familiar with Lean or continuous improvement principles.
  • You can interpret technical drawings and work instructions accurately.
  • You communicate clearly in both Dutch and English, and you motivate colleagues to take ownership.
  • You are quality-driven and have a sharp eye for process optimization.
