Unsere Position
As a member of the R&D team there are needs to improve on their testing effectiveness and efficiency. They already do a lot of testing on various integration levels, from unit tot Hardware-In-Loop testing of components or subsystems of components. On the Hardware-In-Loop testing they see the need of expanding their scope and level of automation. Their intention is to create a Hardware-In-Loop test setup that basically simulates and entire vehicle with all its subsystems. Besides this is massive, the setup also needs to be configurable/adaptable to allow for many variations between the vehicles. Beginning from a proof of concept for this Hardware-In-Loop setup, at the moment the team lack the capacity and guidance from a senior person to make this a success.
- Developing a HIL test environment that simulates a complete vehicle including all subsystems.
- The setup must be configurable for different vehicle configurations.
- You will start development based on a proof of concept.
- You will work mainly on-site (initially 4 days per week, potentially less later on).
Deine Erfahrung
- Senior person who is used to taking the lead on the process and technical side, and who likes to interact with various stakeholders: a good ‘Designer’ or a ‘Senior Designer’.
- Should have experience working with, or even better developing, a Hardware-in-Loop test setup.
- As there will be a lot of interaction with other stakeholders and the engineer that is already working on the setup, most logical is that the work is mostly executed at location. We expect at the start 4 days/week presence and when the project is on its way, this can be reduced to 3 or maybe 2 days/week.
