As a Test Engineer, you develop, test software for high-tech products and machines.
In this role, you support our clients in the semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industries mainly in the Randstad area with smart, sustainable, and reliable software solutions. Your software expertise plays a crucial role in bringing these high-tech solutions to life.What excites you as a Test Engineer?
From our office in Delft and at our clients' premises you work on challenging projects that take technology to the next level. You are the expert who designs, develops, and tests, but also likes to think along, connect, and contribute to team results.
- Executing test, qualification and calibration procedures on subsystems and complete systems, in both lab and ISO cleanroom
- Setting up and configuring test environments: hardware, software and diagnostic tools
- Performing hands-on functional, performance and integration tests on high-end machines
- Troubleshooting complex issues using measurements, logs, and system behavior
- Collaborating with software, mechanical, electrical and systems engineers to root out and resolve problems
- Documenting test results, deviations and follow-up actions in clear reports
- Continuously improving test plans, checklists, and work instructions based on your finding

Your future workplace
This is what you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, electronics, physics, or computer science
- Proven experience in testing or qualifying complex high-tech systems
- Comfortable working in cleanroom protocols and with technical documentation and schematics
- Analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach
- Practical, detail-oriented, and disciplined in following procedures
- Familiar with software-driven systems (e.g. logging tools, configuration files, control interfaces)
- (Bonus) Experience with Python scripting or other tooling to support testing and data analysis
