As a Warehouse Employee, you are responsible for optimizing warehouse and production logistics within the assembly division of Sioux Technologies.

In this role, you support a high-tech environment in executing processes related to physical goods flows, such as incoming and outgoing goods, storage, transport, and more. You play an important role in bringing high-tech solutions to life by supporting our assembly operation in meeting customer requirements regarding quality, lead times, and efficiency.

  • Accurately recording goods in and out of the system and ensuring all data is correct.
  • Organizing transport between different business units and maintaining a tight, efficient schedule.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment.
  • Thinking along with internal customers, identifying bottlenecks, and immediately looking for smart solutions.
  • Performing inventory checks, periodic counts, and proposing improvements for our processes.
  • Actively contributing to the logistics process: order picking, packaging, registering, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from purchasing, assembly, and quality, proactively stepping in wherever needed.

Your future workplace

This is what you bring to the table

  • You have at least an MBO level of working and thinking
  • You have demonstrable experience in a warehouse environment, preferably within high-tech
  • You work very accurately and can effectively switch between various logistical and administrative tasks with technical aspects
  • You have demonstrable experience with ERP systems and MS Office
  • You have a good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written
  • You are in possession of a valid forklift and reach truck certificate
  • You are able to plan your work independently and set priorities; you have a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • You feel at home in a dynamic work environment and enjoy being physically active
  • Physical tasks are part of the role, and of course we ensure safe and ergonomically responsible working conditions
  • You are flexible and open to working overtime if necessary
