As Customer Stream Manager you are responsible for the end-to-end customer stream, delivering efficient operations and sustainable growth.
Do you know how to turn complex customer demands into a reliable and efficient high-tech operation? As Customer Stream Manager, you oversee the entire operational flow, from customer demand and planning to production and delivery. You balance quality, logistics, time and costs, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve performance.
Working closely with the Customer Stream team and other disciplines, you create alignment, set priorities and drive improvements. With your experience in product creation and industrialization, you also know what it takes to successfully bring complex high-tech products and systems into production.

From our assembly facility in Eindhoven, you are at the heart of our high-tech operations. You combine customer focus with operational excellence and bring people and disciplines together to achieve the best possible result.
- Take ownership of the operational performance of the Customer Stream, balancing quality, logistics, time and cost.
- Translate customer demand into realistic production plans and ensure commitments are met.
- Coordinate the Customer Stream team, create alignment and encourage ownership across the different disciplines involved.
- Drive continuous improvement across production, supply chain and operational processes using World Class Manufacturing principles.
- Monitor operational and financial performance and initiate improvements that increase efficiency and profitability.Work closely with Account Management and the customer to align quotations, priorities and operational commitments.
- Improve customer satisfaction by proactively addressing issues, reducing complaints and implementing structural improvements.

What do you bring to the table?
- You understand the dynamics of a complex high-tech production environment and know how to keep an overview while different interests, priorities and deadlines come together. You are comfortable taking the lead, bringing people together and turning challenges into practical improvements.
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- You have several years of experience in a management or coordinating role within high-tech operations, production or supply chain.
- You have experience with product creation processes and bringing complex high-tech products or systems into production.
- You understand how production, supply chain, quality, technology and commercial interests influence each other.
- You are a natural coordinator who creates alignment, inspires others and gets different disciplines moving towards a common goal.
- You combine a strong customer focus with a drive for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
