Sioux Technologies develops and produces advanced technology for the top of the international high-tech community. Examples include a complex lithography machine, a compact electron microscope, and an intelligent home automation system. We set the bar high and often achieve the seemingly impossible. What excites you as a Department Director
As a Department Director, you contribute to the strategic and tactical growth of our development organization. You report to the executive board of Sioux Technologies and are part of our Management Team.
Leading Technical Department Managers at our headquarters in Eindhoven: You inspire and coach them, safeguard Sioux's culture and values, and ensure engagement and involvement.
You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing internal budgets, hours, and investments. You have a keen eye for detail and proactively intervene in case of deviations, not only monitoring but also providing strategic advice on cost savings and performance improvement.
Strategic growth and development: Together with the MT, you focus on talent management, succession planning, competency development, and determining recruitment needs.
Collaboration and innovation: You work closely with educational institutions and promote training and development through the Sioux Academy and other initiatives.
HR policies and structures: You are involved in employment conditions, job evaluation, and salary structures in collaboration with HR.
Quality assurance: You implement and monitor the use of the QMS within the technical departments.
