As an experienced New Business Development Manager you have an active network in the high-tech industry, enabling you to develop new business internationally and connect customer challenges with Sioux’s software engineering teams in Europe and Asia.
In this role, you are at the forefront of the semiconductor, analytical and medical industry, leveraging our collective expertise in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, software and applied mathematics turning ideas into business opportunities and as such have a significant impact on our growth ambitions.What excites you as a New Business Development Manager - Software?
From our Eindhoven office, you will work closely with our international sales and engineering teams to activate new clients and build long-term relationships, furthermore you will:
- Identify and approach potential customers in the European high-tech market.
- Build your own pipeline and develop opportunities from first contact to commercial agreement.
- Explore customer needs in application and embedded software.
- Develop offshoring opportunities by connecting European customers with Sioux’s software development teams in Asia.
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Work with business unit leaders, technical leads and commercial colleagues to shape proposals.
- Share market and customer insights that help us focus our business development efforts.
- Travel when needed to meet customers and colleagues internationally.

This is what you bring to the table
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales or a similar commercial role.
- Experience selling engineering or technology services in a technical B2B environment.
- The drive to approach new customers and build relationships from scratch.
- Technical affinity to understand customer needs and involve the right technical colleagues.
- An independent, entrepreneurial approach and strong communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English, preferably alongside another European language.
- An international mindset and willingness to travel.
- Experience with software engineering services, embedded or application software, international delivery models or the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
- A technical degree is welcome but is not required.
