As a Teamlead DevOps, you guide the development of state-of-the-art application software for challenging high-tech projects and manage the stakeholders of our client.
In this role, you are responsible for the successful functioning of a DevOps-oriented team on a technical, operational, and organizational level. You are the connecting factor between the team, the client, and the internal organization. In doing so, you not only ensure stable and quality services, but also actively contribute to the technical vision and development of the team.What excites you as a Teamlead DevOps?

- Function as a substantive DevOps expert and sparring partner for both the team and the client.
- Conduct substantive discussions about architecture and platform choices within the DevOps environment.
- Advise, persuade, and provide direction in technical decision-making.
- Inform stakeholders about progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure a predictable, timely, and high-quality delivery of work.
- Act as a driving force of the team and monitor progress, planning, and priorities.
- Coordinate with group leaders on the development, performance, and any points of attention of team members.

This is what you bring to the table
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.
- You have more than 7 years of experience in technical software development, in various roles and (product) environments and/or projects.
- You have worked in technical domains such as Semicon, Medical, or Analytical in the past 2 years.
- You have extensive experience with DevOps technology, especially Google Cloud Platform.
- You possess well-developed leadership skills and are able to motivate and guide a team.
- You have experience with stakeholder management in complex environments, especially in collaboration with clients.
- You are a team player and work purposefully towards a common result.
- You have an affinity for innovation and new technologies such as AI.
